Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
SmartMotion wants you to be completely satisfied with your SwingChair. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, just let us know within 30 days. We will schedule a custom fitting with you as this can typically take care of any issues.
If we are still unable to help you get comfortable in your SwingChair, we will then provide written instructions for disassembling the chair and packaging it for safe return to us. Simply notify us by phone (+1-707-527-3637) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of any problems you may be having within 30 days of your receipt of the chair. We will cheerfully refund the original purchase price of your chair.
