Delivery and Shipping
Once you place your order it will ship from our warehouse within 48 hours. Most customers receive the chair within 7 days. All chairs are shipped via UPS and the cost is $55 per chair within the contiguous 48 states. It is very rare, but if any damage happens while in transit to you please notify us immediately so we can send a replacement chair.
We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & most other countries as well. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your SwingChair for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and then return the chair to us as instructed. We will refund the entire purchase price (including the original shipping cost) on chairs returned in undamaged condition (normal use expected). Please contact us for return information, and we will provide simple instructions about how and where to return the chair. Although not required, we strongly recommend using the original shipping container.
Please note: 1) Full refund allowance is applicable to individual orders only. Refund policies on volume purchases, corporate, or discounted sales may differ. Contact us for more information. 2) Policies apply to any SwingSeat purchased and shipped to a destination within the contiguous 48 states only. For purchases shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other destinations, please contact us for shipping costs and return policies.
Warranty
All SwingChairs come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If your SwingChair is not functioning properly due to a manufacturing flaw, it will be repaired or replaced via one of the following methods:
1. For major defects, contact us for a return authorization number and then return the chair as instructed for repairs or replacement. Turnaround time for repairs is 24–48 hours, plus shipping time to and from our facilities.
2. For minor repairs, we are happy to ship necessary parts and instructions so that you can perform the repair or part replacement yourself, returning your chair to operating condition in the least amount of time possible. Our support staff is always happy to help walk you through repairs if you encounter any difficulties.
Privacy Policy
We will not sell, disclose, or transfer your private information to anyone or any organization outside of our company except as required by law. For your protection, we retain only the last four digits of your credit card number 30 days after the transaction is completed.
