Product Description

Just as SmartMotion’s chairs adjust to your body’s needs, so does the footrest. It has three adjustable height levels. It moves with your feet as they move on its bubbles.

While seated your knees and hips should be at about the same height, your thighs and lower legs at about a 90-degree angle. This helps your body be balanced. If your work surface does not allow your body to be seated this way a footrest might be an ergonomic necessity.

SmartMotion’s adjustable footrest keeps your feet from dangling. This supports your whole body beginning with your feet and ankles up through your legs and the remainder of your body. Comfort and relaxation are the keys to happy sitting.

simple way to sit high enough to reach desktop

I bought the footrest and the forearm tray because I was too short to sit with me feet flat on the floor and have my elbows at desk height. The rocking motion of the footrest works beautifully in concert with the chair to allow me to move throughout the day. Instead of spending a lot of money to replace my beautiful desk, I added two simple, inexpensive accessories.
