Warranty:
All SwingChair chairs are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. If any SwingChair chair is not functioning properly as a result of a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced through one of the following methods:
1. For simple or minor repairs that could be performed by a customer, we would be happy to ship the necessary parts and instructions so that the customer can perform the repair or part replacement and have the chair back in working order in the shortest period of time.
2. If necessary to return for service, customer should contact us for a return authorization and then return the chair (or just the affected part) as instructed. The malfunctioning chair or part will then be repaired (or replaced, at factory discretion) and returned to the customer (24-48 hour repair turn-around time). If full replacement is necessary, the factory at its discretion, may replace with a demo or refurbished chair of equal or better value/condition.
Delivery and Shipping:
We assume our chairs reach you undamaged from the shipping process. Please inspect the shipping container and the chair for signs of possible transportation damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, notify us immediately by email or by phone 1.800.409.3350. We will send a replacement chair and will arrange for UPS claims to pickup the damaged chair.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, ship your chair back to us within 90 days of original delivery and we will refund the full purchase price (includes original shipping expense) on chairs returned to us in undamaged condition. Customer should contact us for instructions on how and where to return the chair.Please Note:
- Full refund allowance is applicable to individual orders... refund policies on multiple-chair, corporate or highly discounted sales may differ - contact us for that information.
- Policies apply to SwingChair chairs purchased and shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 U.S. States only. For purchases and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada please contact us first to determine shipping costs and revised return policy.
- Applicable to chairs purchased thru swingchair.com only.
Privacy Policy:
We will not sell, disclose or transfer any of your private information to anyone or any organization outside our company except as required by law. For your protection, we retain only the last 4 digits of a credit card number 30 days after a transaction is completed.

$49 per chair via UPS ground within contiguous 48 US States.
